TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase of tickets, attendance at events, use of the facilities, and participation in programs presented or hosted by Grandin Theatre Foundation, a nonprofit organization “The Grandin,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing a ticket, registering for a program, entering our facilities, or otherwise participating in an event or program, you agree to these Terms.
1. Tickets and Admission
Tickets are valid only for the event, date, time, and seating specified (when applicable) on the ticket. Each person attending a ticketed event must have a valid ticket unless otherwise stated by “The Grandin”.
Tickets purchased from unauthorized third parties may be invalid, and “The Grandin” cannot guarantee the authenticity or validity of tickets purchased through unauthorized sellers.
The Grandin reserves the right to establish ticket limits and to cancel orders that appear to violate those limits or applicable ticketing policies.
Admission may be denied, or a patron may be asked to leave, for violation of these Terms, venue policies, or applicable laws, or for conduct that presents a safety or security concern.
2. Ticket Prices and Fees
Ticket prices and applicable fees are displayed at the time of purchase. Prices, fees, seating availability, and event information are subject to change before purchase.
Unless otherwise stated, service, processing, facility, or convenience fees are non-refundable.
3. Refunds, Exchanges, and Cancellations
Unless otherwise specified for a particular event, all ticket sales are final, and tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
If The Grandin cancels an event, we will provide a refund, credit, exchange, or other remedy described in the applicable event's cancellation policy.
If an event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets may be honored for the rescheduled date or handled according to the applicable event policy.
Refunds or exchanges generally will not be provided because of a patron's change of plans, late arrival, transportation difficulties, weather that does not result in cancellation, or inability to attend.
The Grandin may make reasonable exceptions to this policy at its discretion to support our dedicated patrons and community members.
4. Event Changes
Artists, performers, speakers, programs, schedules, prices, seating configurations, and venues are subject to change.
The Grandin will make reasonable efforts to notify ticket holders of significant changes when contact information is available.
A change to a performer, program element, or event schedule does not necessarily entitle a ticket holder to a refund.
5. Late Arrival
For the comfort and safety of performers and patrons, late seating may be delayed or restricted. Late arrivals may be seated only at an appropriate break in the performance and may be assigned to alternate seats when necessary.
No refund will generally be provided because of late arrival.
6. Code of Conduct
The Grandin is committed to providing a welcoming, inclusive, and respectful environment for artists, patrons, staff, volunteers, donors, renters, and community members.
Patrons must not:
Engage in threatening, abusive, discriminatory, harassing, or disruptive conduct;

Engage in conduct which creates a safety or security concern.
The Grandin may remove individuals who violate these requirements. Except where otherwise required by law or expressly provided under the applicable ticket policy, removal for misconduct does not entitle the patron to a refund.
7. Accessibility
The Grandin is committed to providing access to its programs and facilities in accordance with applicable law.

Unless prohibited by applicable law, your attendance constitutes consent to the use of your image, likeness, voice, or appearance in photographs, recordings, livestreams, promotional materials, archival materials, or other lawful uses related to The Grandin's programs and mission.
If you have concerns regarding photography or recording, please contact venue staff.

17. Changes to These Terms
The Grandin may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be posted on our website and will apply prospectively to transactions and activities occurring after the effective date, unless otherwise required by law.
18. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Virginia without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent federal law applies.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or a patron's use of the venue shall be handled in accordance with applicable law.
